Welcome to Sota Sauna Co. LLC ("Sota Sauna Co.," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking services, or renting our mobile sauna, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Sota Sauna Co. LLC provides:

Mobile sauna rentals delivered to customer locations
Custom sauna sales and consultations
Wellness services and experiences
Online scheduling through Booqable Scheduling

All services are subject to availability.

Booking & Payment

Reservations may be made through our website and Booqable Scheduling platform.

Payments and deposits may be processed through:

Square

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Sota Sauna Co understands that plans change for many reasons including those out of our control.

Mobile Sauna Rental Cancellations

Sota Sauna Co understands that plans change for many reasons including those out of our control. Therefore, Sota Sauna Co offers, and the Renter agrees to the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations more than seven (7) days prior to the start of the rental period shall receive a full refund of the rental fee.
Cancellations within 48 are not entitled to a refund of the rental fee, and any outstanding rental fees will be due and owing to Sota Sauna Co. (however the Renter will not be charged the Damage Deposit).

Weather-related cancellations initiated by Sota Sauna Co. due to unsafe conditions may be rescheduled or refunded.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing:

Safe and accessible delivery conditions.
Adequate space for trailer placement.
Compliance with any HOA, city, or property restrictions.

Sota Sauna Co. reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.

Waiver Requirement

All users must complete and agree to the applicable liability waiver prior to using any Sota Sauna Co. equipment or services.

Failure to complete the waiver may result in cancellation without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Sauna use involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, burns, dizziness, injury, illness, or death.

By using our equipment, users voluntarily assume all risks associated with sauna use.

Individuals who are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, medical concerns, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol should consult a physician prior to use.

Damage & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, smoking, prohibited substances, or excessive cleaning requirements.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos, graphics, and branding are the property of Sota Sauna Co. LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Sota Sauna Co. LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, services, or equipment.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
