Cancellation Policy

A $350. deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount goes toward your total rental and holds your spot on our calendar. Weekend Rentals: Drop off will be between 4-6pm on Thursday. Pick up will be between 9-11am on Sunday. Full week Rentals: Drop off will be between 4-6pm on Thursday. Pick up will be between 4-6pm on the following Wednesday. Cancellation Policy: We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule: 7+ days notice: Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable to a new date. Less than 7 days notice: The deposit is non-refundable. Weather Policy: Our saunas are built for year-round use—including chilly days! However, in the rare case of severe weather or unsafe road conditions where delivery is not feasible, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.
