Cancellation Policy
Drop off will be between 4-6pm on your first day of your rental. Pick up will be between 9-11am on your final day of rental. Unless previously discussed with one of our staff members. Single day and event booking options available by request only. Cancellation Policy: We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule: 7+ days notice: Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable to a new date. Less than 7 days notice: 50% of your booking fee will be returned to you. Weather Policy: Our saunas are built for year-round use—including chilly days! However, in the rare case of severe weather or unsafe road conditions where delivery is not feasible, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.
